Celsius's own materials aren't fully consistent on licensing: the site copy and one footer seal cite a Government of Anjouan licence (No. ALSI-152406052-F14), while other documents (T&Cs, roadmap, a second footer seal) cite a Curaçao sub-licence (No. 365/JAZ, via Gaming Services Provider N.V.) — consistent with a possible Curaçao-to-Anjouan migration.
